At Driscoll Family Financial Education Services, we are committed to providing thoughtful, personalized financial education and guidance. To protect the time dedicated to each client and allow us to properly prepare for your session, please review the following policies before booking. 1. Booking & Payment Sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance through our online booking system. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the booking and required payment have been completed. After booking, you will receive a confirmation with your appointment details and instructions for joining your session. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that plans can change. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or credited toward a future session. Payments are otherwise non-refundable. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable, and the session fee will be forfeited. 3. No-Shows Clients who do not attend their scheduled session and have not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another appointment. A new session must be booked and paid for if you wish to reschedule. 4. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is provided for scheduled sessions. If you arrive late, your session will still end at its originally scheduled time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show, and the session may need to be rescheduled at the client's expense. 5. Documents & Session Preparation Some services, including Financial Statement Reviews and certain business financial sessions, may require documents or information to be submitted before your appointment. Requested materials should be provided by the deadline communicated when booking. If required information is not received in sufficient time for review, the session may need to be rescheduled. Please do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, full account numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information. 6.
